Fort Williams Park

The lighthouse is in Fort Williams Park, It had lots of walking trails, baseballs fields, and the ruins of Fort Williams, which was built in the last 1800’s and used in WW1 and WW2.

A plaque in honor of a sub chaser USS Eagle-56, which was sunk by a German U-boat during WW2, just a few miles from the light house.

Battery Earmus Key…this place was a kid’s dream and a parent’s nightmare. There were a bunch of kids running around and there parents were cool with it, but I was silently freaking out for them. There were dark rooms and passageways, rocks, water, way too many places to fall…scary.

Dark thin hallway passage thing that kids were blindly running in and out of…I was sure something was going to pop out and get them. It felt much creepier in person.
